Mr Rooter Plumbing

We have worked with Mr. Rooter for our Restaurant in Napa for several years to repair clogged drains. This month we hired them to replace our grease trap box. We provided a new box and paid $650 for 2 hours labor to install the new box. A few days later we noticed water puddling near the new box. The plumber returned but was unable to locate the leak. A few days later we discovered the leak in the joint leading up to the grease box and less than 1 foot away from the inlet to the box. The plumber returned again. We were told that it would require a special tool to fix this and that we would need to pay an additional $315. This has never leaked for over 10 years before the plumber installed the new box but started as soon as the work was done but we are being told that the leak has nothing to do with his work? Come on! Response to This response is lies. It was not an emergency service, they never suggested replacing the abs pipes to the box and why would they? There was noth

This company is great, professional, clean and tidy but most of all very knowledgeable about the services they are providing. Their service area includes Circle Oaks which is 11 miles east of Napa where a lot of companies won't come up here.
