We had an appointment for 1pm with technicians on standby from across the pond (midnight their time). We just needed a cable checked something simple on our end. When they did not show we called and we were told that they would not make it on time. Information we could have used hours ago. Very unprofessional.
Called to set up an appointment for a repair - told me to called them back in a week to schedule the appointment - as it turns out they were booked and couldn't do the work anyways. I wish they were more transparent with their scheduling. The guy didn't really seem to care.
Guy came out and addressed issue when he said he would. Needed to leave to obtain item Returned promptly. Reasonable rates. Affable fellow. Easy to talk with. All good.
