We were having an issue with our heater, so I called Reliable Refrigeration and Joe came out on time and listened to what I described as the problem and promptly found the issue inspecting and cleaning my flame sensor. We are very thankful for your quick and knowledgeable service.

Patrick from Reliable came to my house for the service call. I was charged $85 for a 15 minute service call involving putting a couple screws in the outside unit to get rid of the noise xoming from the unit. He was not willing to connect a piece of AC duct work in the attic that is laying right next to a AV connection vent - he said that is a separate service call in which an assessment will cost $150 (I already know what needs to be done - seems like a simple fix) and then there are additional charges for anything they would do to the ducts. In my opinion this company doesn't model good customer service and has lost my business!

I have always found Reliable Refrigeration very attentive and helpful. I have called them several times over the years for furnace inspections and never hesitate to refer them. They did our new HVAC system at our home and have done repairs and installations our rentals. Good service, fair price and they answer questions. Local people doing a good job.
