Ryan was extremely responsive with a weekend issue of a broken shower tap which was pouring out water. Ryan worked with the HOA management to shutoff the central hot water and replace the fixture. He was courteous and very helpful. The overtime rate was significant but the problem was addressed quickly. Service: Faucet repair
