I called three other large water heater businesses. It was frustrating to say the least. When I called Home breeze on Sat afternoon, (no hot water), Paul texted me very quickly. I was able to get an estimate on line then an estimate that was individualized to my needs. My Noritz tankless water heater of 20 years was replaced with a new one within one day ( would have been sooner except for "storm of the century,"on Sunday, since my unit is outside) The unit was replaced with a new Noritz, the plumbing upgraded as well as the gas line. Paul called me on a Sunday and was patient and knowledgeable while answering all of my questions. The cost was competitive and included connecting the unit to my existing Noritz remote controller in my home. I am very pleased with my experience. I recommend this company.
