Belligerent and confrontational. I will never let this man in my house again.
We called for help on a rainy Saturday morning. The lady on the phone was very pleasant & helpful. Justin, the tech who came to us, was very professional & did a very nice job of communicating with us about our problem. The roots from our tree have grown into the sewer line & caused a blockage. He needed to return to the shop for a larger piece of equipment & was back in a very timely manner. The owner came with his service truck as well & the two of them got us up & running. Very grateful for their work in the rain & suggestions to help maybe minimize our root invasion problem. Highly recommend this business & the tech, Justin! Thank you!!
