My wife and I were very, very satisfied with Perfection Home Systems. Jennifer and staff were friendly, prompt and professional. Work was done when scheduled, to a professional standard and always keeping in mind the comfort and satisfaction of their client (in this case us). The system we purchased was a dual system, upstairs and down operated by separate thermostats. The system works great, allowing the upstairs to remain cool in the summer and winter and comfortable downstairs at all times. We would highly recommend Perfection. I've dealt with these folks since 1987, when the home was built. They've always been friendly, competent, knowledgeable, timely, and forthright. One routine inspection identified a defective heat exchanger which could have caused a fire. Eric, our tech, and the office staff have always been great. 5 Stars!
