I got stuck in the middle of a bathroom faucet replacement and needed help. Preferred Plumbing sent Matt J. (#27) out on a Saturday evening. Matt was able to quickly determine what was needed and proceeded to make the repair. He was courteous and professional, worked quickly and had my faucet installed in no time. Thanks very much! I had a kitchen sink back up that started overflowing onto my counter. I was scared I was going to have to replace my garbage disposal as it was not assisting in the drainage of the water. Preferred Plumbing sent out Tony #74 to help and he found it to be a simple back up in my ptrap. He was able to fix my issue very quickly and cleaned up more than I could've imagined.
