I had a kitchen sink back up that started overflowing onto my counter. I was scared I was going to have to replace my garbage disposal as it was not assisting in the drainage of the water. Preferred Plumbing sent out Tony #74 to help and he found it to be a simple back up in my ptrap. He was able to fix my issue very quickly and cleaned up more than I could've imagined. My mom who is 91, had a backup in her kitchen sink and also the tub next to her washer. I called Preferred as we have used them for my own home and always had good service. Colleen (#9) was our service tech showed up in 20 minutes and she was very courteous, professional and through. She cleaned the line first - then still saw an issue with disposal and cleaned the peatrap and plumbing - got everything clean and running again. Mom was given the senior discount. Great Experience and would call again and probably ask for Colleen specifically. Service: Drain cleaning
