Called looking for a quote to replace the power panel on my 50 year old home. The call was answered promptly with a response that I needed to contact the electric company first as it was a whole process which needed a permit. Then an estimate of $7K - $10K cost was given to me. This estimate was 2x more than another quote I have from a local shop who included in the quote doing all the preliminary with the power company and permits. Either the person I spoke with didn't want the work or this place is a total rip off. Would never do business with them.
