We asked for an estimate, they said they would be here between 12-2PM the next day. They did not call or show up, I called their dispatch who asked me to wait while they contacted the technician. They said they would call me within 10 minutes, they did not. 25 minutes later I called them to let them know we'll be using someone else. They wasted my entire afternoon. Service: Roof repair
North Hollywood Roof Services repaired the problem of our roof yesterday. They did it incredibly because the result was as great as new. I don't have bad comments about their service. They were absolutely impressive!
Called to get an estimate, next day a guy show up and after I didn't agree with him over charging me on labor and materials ( they don't give you a warranty on their work because your materials from Home Depot?!!!!) my phone number was SOLD to other roofing companies that started calling me non stop. The owner/manager didn't respond to my call. Be aware and be ready if you don't let them rob you bluntly then your information will be SOLD. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
