Dean was amazing, came out on a Saturday. Thoroughly inspected our unit and gave us the best options with consideration of long term efficiency. He brought us two units to keep us cool while we waited for the new unit. Dean connected us with the owner without hesitating to discuss further benefits of our upgraded unit. Darren helped get all our paperwork in place and assisted us in completing the process of tying up all the loose ends. Dean came back to make sure we would be good for the rest of the weekend. Positives: Trae was a good, polite tech. They got me an appt. quickly. Negatives: Said I had a capacitator going out. $252. Yet when I googled the part it was only $15, and it took about a minute to replace. Installation costs $237, which is ridiculous! Service: HVAC system maintenance
