Positives: Trae was a good, polite tech. They got me an appt. quickly. Negatives: Said I had a capacitator going out. $252. Yet when I googled the part it was only $15, and it took about a minute to replace. Installation costs $237, which is ridiculous! Service: HVAC system maintenance
