I was truly aggravated very much disappointed with Frank, the CEO of best value improvements. I scheduled an appointment for rough estimate on a home renovation project. Prior to the remodel, we hired a different contractor to do basic work. Frank walked in our home, and decided on the spot this was not a project he will do according to his company rules. He refused to hear an explanation and decided in complete short sided assumption he would be correcting mistakes done by others. Completely ignorant and very unprofessional. I have never experienced a Licensed contractor walking away from a job just because someone else’s work preexisted.

We needed someone to paint our house, which is perched on the side of a very steep hill. Frank's team did a spectacular job quickly and for a reasonable price. His workers were considerate, tidy, and skilled at their work. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering having their house painted.

Frank and his team are a pleasure to work with - attentive and responsive to questions and requests. The team is very flexible and considerate, which was much-appreciated given that we were working from home during the work that was done.
