So very pleased with the outcome of my foundation repair, change out of posts, install of piers and beams for the side of the house which has been dipping on the side of a hill. I obtained 3 quotes and I have to say, Ecostar was the most thorough and reasonably priced of the three. From the beginning Ben was so communicative, patient with all my questions, didn’t try overselling anything, gave me options, and hand held me through the whole process. He was very concerned on whether I was satisfied with the project. Ben really cared! For the construction work, Alex and his team was so precise, efficient, went above and beyond the required scope, and totally secured the beams, post/piers, and stitched foundation cracks. They dug a 18 inch hole, filled it with steel rebar and concrete for each post and pier! They did such an excellent job, I want them to do future work on my house! Very very satisfied homeowner here!
