My rating (a 3) is not a reflection on the staff. The installers were courteous and professional as were the workers sent to check on the performance of the equipment. The rating is, rather, a reflection of the equipment. We had a Mitsubishi 2-stage heat pump installed in August. The cooling function met our expectations. When the temperature dropped to the mid-30’s and below, the heating function did not meet our expectations. We reported to Element Home Solutions that the heat pump required 3 to 4 hours to reach and then maintain our desired inside temperature when the outside temperature dropped. Maintenance workers came to inspect the unit and let us know that the unit was working as expected. Should you decide to buy a Mitsubishi heat pump you should insure your expectations match reality. My furnace, installed in 2018, was having real problems, and would intermittently quit. Ernest took a lot of time and figured out just what was wrong, and how to fix it. The repairs only took a day, and is now operating beautifully. I would wholeheartedly recommend Element Home Solutions to anyone! Superb work, a very reasonable price, and done quickly. too. Wow!
