Called around to get quotes for gate maintenance. After a few calls, got the best quote from these guys. Talked to the person answering the phone and was told all adjustments will be done and gate fixed for $300. Decided to go with them. Tech shows up today, looks at the gate and quote jumps up to $385, stating the chain is bad. After 2 hours, come home to see the same old chain on here, but just cut shorter and gate adjusted to close properly.
