Every member of my family has used Bryan (Mr Fix It Right!) & Co. for some plumbing emergency or repair. He is fantastic. Bryan is an absolute angel of a person. Last month we had catastrophic rains and my sump pump failed and my finished basement flooded - my office, guest room, laundry closet, and basement bathroom were filling with water. The water was coming in at around an inch an hour, and most every plumber I called couldn't get out until the next morning to help. Bryan came over at 10 pm (on a Sunday night no less!) on very short notice, and hooked up his sump pump to get the water out of my basement. Not only that, but because it hadn't quit raining, he left his sump pump for me overnight so that the basement wouldn't just fill back up with water. He must have been exhausted, but he returned the next day with a brand new sump pump to install. And on top of it, his rates were more than fair! Bryan really went above and beyond in my moment of need; I was desperate and stressed and he was so kind. Because of Bryan, the damage was minimal, all my appliances and almost all of my furniture were saved,
