I own a property management company representing 1000 units in Oakland and Hayward. I called Mr. Rooter at 10 AM. It is now 12:08. I still have not received a call for a plumbing back up at a 50 unit building. My suggestion is never depend on them for 24 hour service. Just like most rooter companies they pretend like they can assist and have done absolutely nothing. I will be most certainly letting my large network of property owners know to never use Mr. Rooter moving forward. I suggest you look elsewhere unless you enjoy getting the run around and never being contacted.

Very respectable, professional people--both in person, and the people on the telephone. My dad spent 2 days trying to fix and figure out the problem, and the plumber who came fixed it in less than an hour! He even explained very clearly to me what the problem was--as someone who has no knowledge of how plumbing works, I could easily understand what he was trying to tell me.
