I scheduled same-day service: Terrence and Claire arrived within the first 30 minutes of the 4-hour window I was given and fixed a stuck sink drain within 30 minutes. (I have a complicated vanity that makes simple issues way more difficult than they need to be.) Terrence and Claire were cheerful, professional, and passed muster with my stranger-danger cats. Called early morning and was told someone in the area was able to arrive in 30-45 minutes. Terrence showed up on time, was nice and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem, gave options and prices and had the problem fixed fast. When everything was done, water was flowing and no back ups or leaks.
