My AC was not working properly. Alex went straight to the point of issue per my explanation. Resolved the issue and gave me thirty days to ensure the issue does not exist anymore. So far so good with no issue. I liked his confidence.

Originally we were told it would be a week before getting service. Then they called back an hour later saying they can send someone same day. Chris the technician came out and new instantly what the problem was and fixed it. Great tech!!". Service: A/C system maintenance

I'm very pleased with the service I received. They went above and beyond. Of course on one of the hottest days of the year, my AC decides to break down. It was the evening so I left a message and received a call the very next morning which was a Wednesday. Apparently everyone's AC failed also since the soonest appointment available was Monday. OMG my husband has CHF and the heat was already taking a toll on him. I explained to the gal who answered the phone and she was amazing, she told me she would put me on a priority list should something come up. Well less than an hour later she called me. She had a technician at my home within 2 hours!! Amazing, and the tech was a nice guy, very professional, explained everything. He also told me they had over a 100 calls the day before but try their best to take care of those with medical issues ASAP. Nice people!! Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC
