They have an immense amount of knowledge of all things plumbing and were cognizant of code and standards throughout the process. We really appreciate how kind and professional they are, with every employee we worked with providing expert service. I can't recommend Personal Plumbing highly enough, and know you will be so happy with your decision to call them for your plumbing needs. The service was the best. Workers were polite, informed,neat and performance was outstanding. Also Kathy who I assume is the office manager was the best. Now a days it is very seldom as a customer we get to have a nice person on the other end of the phone. It was a great pleasure working with this company. 10 being the highest rating I give them a 20. Amazing service!! I learned so much afterwards. They do an amazing job of explaining everything and making sure that you are empowered as a consumer. I also did a comparison of services in the pat with other plumbers and I feel that he has been the most fair, reasonable, and high quality service.
