Got quotes from multiple highly rated companies for an AC tune up for the summer and Thompson ended up being the cheapest with the best reviews! The receptionist was courteous and helpful when making my appointment. Thompson then sent me regular emails and texts to let me know when my technician was arriving. A first for me was when they texted me the picture of the actual technician who would be coming into my home which was reassuring. Ty was fantastic! He was respectful and offered to wear booties on the carpets. He walked me through everything that might need to be done as well as what can wait. He also helped fix up a duct that was badly fixed in our home as well as level our outdoor unit for free. I’ll definitely be continuing my business with Thompson just by this first experience. I asked for multiple bids for my new air conditioner. Trevor from Thompson reviewed our needs and put together our bid. It was clear he understands the subject and made us feel comfortable. The bid was not the lowest, but when I asked, the bid was adjusted a bit. We accepted and three days later we have a new system installed by excellent technicians. They took care with our house and our belongings and we had a working system in a little over four hours. The entire experience with Thompson was excellent, from office staff to products and technical skills of their field people. We highly recommend them.
