Very professional and nice guys. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They explained to me my options for future needed repairs. I felt they were being 100% honest while not pushing me any particular direction, they just explained the pros and cons of each option for future. I would use them again. 5 stars. First time they came out was about a month ago and they busted their buts with 4 good guys on the weekend (their days off) and got a 2 day job done in one day from 7 am to 8 pm shoveling mud to get my family up and running again. Replaced about 30 feet of pipeline with half of it under the deck and handled it all very professionally. Worked so hard all day I had to make sure they had some food on the grill when I started cooking. I appreciate this group of guys especially John the owner. He just came back on a Sunday and got us temporarily flowing again from previous work he had nothing to do with. This company deserves 10 stars if you ask me ???????? We had an emergency of sewage backup into our toilets, tubs, showers. John and his son were able to come within a few hours. They were both so polite and nice to have working in our home. This is an independent family company. Our problem was resolved quickly and for a very fair price. John is very honest and does not use any hard sales tactics. We will definitely use him for any future sewer or plumbing needs. We highly recommend Johns Rooter and Plumbing ????????
