After a few years of putting off my roof replacement I started to do research on companies. I obtained estimates from 4 companies that were listed on google. B&M roofing was one of them. After obtaining estimates from "Corporate Companies", neighbors who own roofing companies, and other roofing contractors I was exhausted with the price difference and options. The Corporate companies sent some aggressive sales persons that wanted me to sign on the spot. They were very aggressive and pushy. The price they provided was ridiculously high. With my neighbors who also have roofing companies it was limited options either high end roof or low end roof with cheap materials. When Mark came to my house to provide me an estimate he took his time to listen to me and informed me that he was going to write up an estimate and email it to me. Mark was the only one out of all the companies/contractors that gave me something in writing. His warranty and materials outranked the other competitors. I electe
