The technician didn’t show up for our appointment so we had to reschedule. He repaired the A/C and two hours later it broke down again. Representative made promises for the time he would show up and he was late by over 8 hours. Considering that we are experiencing 100 degree weather, I find this company and the technician to be very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and unreliable with poor service. Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC
