Do It Right Plumbers did an amazing job at my property. They were on time, replaced the water heater, replaced the water lines for the washer and dryer, fixed the main water over pass that was broken, and change the shower heads in the bathrooms. I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality and timely service provided. I’ll definitely use Do It Right Plumbers again for any other job I may need. Service: Water heater installation
The plumber himself was professional and courteous, no complaints about him. Our kitchen water flow was not working so we called the plumber. Us being new homeowners, didn't realize the issue was just literally turning a valve on under the sink. The entire job took 5 minutes and the company charged us $215 for a 10-minute job. I understand there has to be some type of a service charge for any home service though no estimate of cost was given to us prior to the plumber arriving besides a $40 or $50 fee that they charge if we don't end up using the service ( essentially for the estimate of repair). But when the issue is literally turning a knob sideways then charge us $50 for coming but I don't understand why it is a $200 job. We're thoroughly disappointed about the non-transparent pricing and will not be using the services in the future.
We had Dylan over because of a huge water bill and wanted to be sure that there was no leak in or out of the home. He run all tests that were needed in a very professional manner and very thorough and diagnosed no water leaks at all ! So up to calling the water company now submitting the detailed form he made us reporting that our home is immaculate and leak free ! Thanks Dylan for your swift help ! Will call "Do It Right Plumbers" asking for Dylan - for sure - in the future if ever another issue would arise.
