I was very impressed with their professionalism. We had three technicians and they were all excellent. They did the work in a timely fashion, were very experienced, and maintained a clean and professional work environment. Net result was everything repaired correctly. We also had them do a complete house power cleaning. The technical Michael did a great job especially when encountering a few difficult situations. I highly recommend them, although the cost seemed expensive, I felt we had received great value.
I never leave reviews but the way my repair from beginning to end went well, above all expectations. I called in and the receptionist knew who I was and asked how my Tankless waterheater is doing...I was blown away cause they installed it over 2 years ago. Then after I explained my leak situation (not related to their tankless install) their plumber (Chris) was here within 30 minutes (unheard of) and gave me several options for repair. Now, repair done before noon and looks really clean. Sorry other plumbers, I won't call you cause I got my go to plumbers 100% of the time here with DO It Right Plumbers. We had Dylan over because of a huge water bill and wanted to be sure that there was no leak in or out of the home. He run all tests that were needed in a very professional manner and very thorough and diagnosed no water leaks at all ! So up to calling the water company now submitting the detailed form he made us reporting that our home is immaculate and leak free ! Thanks Dylan for your swift help ! Will call "Do It Right Plumbers" asking for Dylan - for sure - in the future if ever another issue would arise.
