We had two plumbing issues to take care of. And candidly, we weren’t sure the best route to go. Levi took the time to explain the what was happening, some possible options in resolving and then took the time to talk about how to prevent it in the future. We had an bi-annual inspection for our plumbing scheduled , and a few days ago I noticed what sounded like sprinklers going off, but we didn’t have any going off. Brian and Sam arrived on time as scheduled and I approached them about it and immediately they went to work identified the issue, Did do a repair and then completed the inspection of our house. They found corrosion in areas that we had not been able to see. They were very reasonable, respectful, not pushy and efficient and we had water heater installed and the pinhole leak and a wall pipe patched up. I am very grateful to them as although it was a sweltering day. They never complained , and explained everything as we went along. I never felt talked down too. Levi and the guys at Moffett were great as usual! This is the third time we’ve had to call them for plumbing issues on our house and once again they were professional, on time, and great to work with. Levi did an excellent job and his communication was on point. He told us everything that was going on and even taught our 7 year old a thing or two about how plumbing works. Thanks guys!
