In the middle of our cold snap our heater stopped working. It was very chilly in our home. Omni came out the same day I called. Jacob was a fantastic technician and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and explained everything to us. We have used Omni before to repair our air conditioner. Once again very responsive! I recommend this company highly. In Irvine, feel like it’s hard to get good professionals who will give you good service at a great cost. I feel I was lucky in working with Ethan who explained a lot about the problem and then Christian, Ryan & Armstrong who completed the repair. Ethan worked out a solution to really help my budget and Christian, Ryan , and Armstrong were professional, courteous, and extremely nice. I truly appreciated this kind of company.
