George from Rooter Man Plumbing is, hands down, the BEST professional plumber we've EVER HAD! He was timely, honest and straightforward. He gave us a fair estimate after he thoroughly surveyed everything, and took photos of all the work before repair and after it was completed. We had a major plumbing emergency repair needed during a crisis period in our lives--my mother was at home and in hospice in what would turn out to be the last hours of her life, and the problem was directly beneath the bedroom where she lay. George was compassionate and exceptionally kind and considerate regarding my mother's condition and towards our entire family. A pleasant experience during one of the hardest in my life.

I called for an appointment feeling pretty much hopeless but My technician Juan #76 made me feel at peace and did all he can do to fix my issue until it was fix! He was very vocal and explained every single thing every step of the way so I never had to wonder what was going on and instead was put to ease knowing he was trying hard to solve my problem.
