We decided to replace our 25 year old heating and air system as well as install completely new duct work and after reading great reviews, called up Specialty Air, Inc. The customer service from day one was excellent. We received a call back to schedule a site visit and quote almost immediately. Their fees were very reasonable and were all explained up front for each of the different aspects of the job and there were no surprises later. Once they started the work, all of the installers were incredibly professional and very fast considering the amount of work that needed to be done. They were very mindful of dust and after each day of work, they left our house cleaner than we normally keep it ourselves. We received top of the line equipment, which has so far cut our electric bill by more than half even though it's been hotter outside and we now keep our house colder than we used to. Jeff and Joseph came out and replaced all my old ducting this week. They are so polite and always on time. It was a pleasure to have them work on the house. They are professional and do quality work. Specialty Air also replaced my furnace five years ago and it has been working great.
