They installed the condenser for my mini splits in the middle of the walkway after I specifically told them not to, but they did anyway because "it's the easiest way." The cover for the mini splits is bent to heck with awful silicon jobs. And the entire downstairs system is currently broken due to possibly a fried circuitboard after only a month. I tried to get them to come out ASAP to fix it, but they refused and finally showed up at the end of the week. I wouldn't recommend them to clean my trashcans. I had my AC system installed by We Care six years ago and I have them check my system yearly to make certain it's working properly. I appreciate the explanation given to me by the technician as to what he did and the results of his findings. The technician provides me with pictures of the work completed and the condition of the AC unit which is cool to see! This is why I call them yearly because of their thoroughness with the work. They have a very friendly and efficient staff managing their phones. I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and knowledge of the equipment. Service: A/C system maintenance

Your technicians know their stuff. However, when our thermostat went haywire, it did take a few uncomfortable days to get here. He did the best thing and simply replaced the thermostat and it's finally cool here. (highest in house temp was 98 degrees.)
