Bill from All Heating and air came out to repair my heater, because it wouldn't turn on. I have a newborn at home, and he provided no warning for the loud noises he made with the furnace panels, or his vacuum. He also lit spider webs on fire, leaving a terrible smell in my house, before turning on the system and smoking up my whole house, to the point that my smoke alarms are going off, without any warning. We had to open all of our windows, and take my baby outside to keep her safe from the smoke. When he left, he provided no information on how to operate my ancient heater in the house I just moved into, and told us to figure it out ourselves. Later in the day, we realized that we couldn't turn off the heater. I spoke with Bill on the phone, and he said it was just the pilot light, even though I insisted that it was producing a lot of heat, and a large flame under the furnace. He just told me that it was the pilot light, and it would cool down. I eventually found out how to turn it of
