Drain Masters

My family and I have to thank Drain Masters, Baltazar (A.K.A. The Plumbing Whisperer) and his trusty side kick Nacho for going above and beyond in service and Professionalism. I was in need of a water heater replacement, Baltazar and Nacho made sure I had a new water heater installed by end of day. I am relieved to have hot water once again. Great experience. We had family from out of town and had a leak. We were unable to use the water or shower, called Drainmasters last minute and they were here within 20 minutes, fixed the problem. Very reliable and friendly. I recommend them.

Through Home Advisor this company called before I was done, so I thought. I made an appointment for 9 ish, then another plumber called and he was right around the corner and the one I was looking at to begin with based on his reviews and he was here in less than 5 minutes, after showing him the issue and getting an estimate, I called Drain Masters to cancel giving them plenty of time to redirect if needed. they called back after I canceled and harassed me, saying it isn't fair and so on. I can't believe this, "so unprofessional." would not recommend based on this behavior alone. If I could they would not even get one star.
