Pacific Aire installed heat pump system, now 3 years old. System works great, no problems. Customer Service and the technicians are very efficient and easy to work with. Excellent service! We had multiple issues with our heating and cooling system and Michael Marshall dealt with them one by one both with courtesy and thorough attention. He then went beyond the call of duty when he investigated our attic for a possible water leak as a result of Pacific Aire installing new insulation a few months ago. He found no evidence of any water leak or damage to the piping and then got on our roof and discovered that a cracked roof shingle is the probable cause of the water leak into our front room!
