Martin H came out and did an excellent Job. He was courtious and quickly cleared the drain. He also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. The office appointment setter also was courtious and had called me before I had even got off the computer. The Trenchless Co. was outstanding and I will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem
Although my experience did not involve an Air Conditioning problem, Anthony Martinez noticed that I was having car problems. He came over and tried to jump my vehicle. Unfortunately, the underlying problem turned out to be the "Starter", so the vehicle did not turn over. Once we determined that the car was not going to start, he let me borrow his phone to call home. I appreciate the assistance he provided.
Very nice technician came out to my home to check out my mini split system to see why the thermostat was not working properly. The heater would not come up to the temperature the wireless thermostat was set at. The technician checked the system and confirmed it was not working properly. I told him the manufacturer, Mitsubishi, said the solution to the problem would be to install a wired remote thermostat. The technician, thought doing so would solve the problem and told me he would get back to me with a quote to supply and install the wired remote thermostat. I work in the trades, so I have a pretty good idea on what it takes to do a job. I do not have an HVAC license, so I can not buy parts from an HVAC supply house. Thus the reason I called Clean Air HVAC, a licensed, certified HVAC contractor to do the work. The retail cost of the parts, with tax, which I had previously priced out was almost $400. And the time to install the thermostat was 1 to 2 hrs. of labor. I was given a
