No way we would use this company again. Dave came out to give a Bid a we set a date for him to start. His receptionist said Monday and he told us Thursday. He did not show up . No call or anything. We finally wrote them on Friday and they said sorry there was an "emergency" and said he will be there on Monday. He did the job but didn't use copper pipes and was way too expensive for what he did. He moved a drain for us but was not put in level and was even leaking. Once the job was done, the homeowner attempted to call them to ask questions and they never responded! Horrible company.

Brightwater is a fantastic company. Easy to communicate with, straightforward pricing, and quickly scheduled an install date to that worked around my schedule. Barrett explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Professional installation which turned out even better than I was expecting. Go with this company you will be impressed with their service.

We filed a claim with Home Warranty of America regarding a garbage disposal. I got an email from HWA that Brightwater had accepted the service call and listed the service date. They never showed up. I called Brightwater and they said they didn't have the service bid from HWA which is impossible because the only way the email gets generated is when they accept. They agreed to come the next day and didn't show up again. When I called them back they were rude on the phone. Will have HWA assign another vendor. This is a really poor operation.
