Our water tank went "cold" and I called a firm other than Randall. All they wanted to do was sell me a $1750 new tank. When I called Randall, I was greeted by Kevin and was told all I needed was a new thermocouple. The entire cost to install the termocouple was $125. All you snowbirds out there, give Randall a call and avoid all the dishonest firms that only want to rip you off. We just had reason to use Randal's Plumbing again to install a water pressure regulator and to fix our leaking toilet Without hesitation, we consider the staff and technicians to be first class, and professional. We would never consider using any other firm and recommend any needing plumbing services to use Randal's. Big kudos and thanks George

phoned them as total stranger after three day new years holiday. had a gas fireplace that wouldn’t turn off with valve key. they couldn’t schedule me immediately but mr randal (owner) came on the line to my surprise . he said he would drive over himself just to make sure things were safe. amazing….” courtesy call” he said. he got flame off and said he would schedule person to come by next week to sort of lubricant the old mechanism. very pleasant experience john prince Service: Pool plumbing repair
