Used Right Away AC for the installation of our total HVAC System during our complete remodel of our Palm Desert home. 2 Roof Top HVAC units, Ducting, Vents, and Thermostats. They are professional, polite, trustworthy and stand by their word. Install was done clean & efficient, and the new system works amazing and nearly silent. Would not hesitate to use them again! Amazing service. Breath of fresh air (Covid and AC pun). I panicked when my AC went out. I called a few places and they either didn’t answer or couldn’t service it right away. I called Right Away and Patrick answered with a very friendly and helpful demeanor. He took the time to walk me through potential issues and solutions, and even offered me some possible costs to help ease my mind. A tech was at my door in 20 minutes (this was at 7pm on a weeknight). The tech was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He also recommended a few little tweaks I could make to improve the cooling. The price was very reasonable (less than expected!) and the tech used current technology (emailed invoice, recommendations and easy payment). Very very happy. Next time I’ll call Right Time first!
This summer, late at night, the cool air at my mom’s house stopped working. A technician arrived within 30 minutes of calling and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
