Thomas was direct, professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what went wrong and fixed it. However he also told me that we had to question why a fan switched off. I now feel I know what is happening to my heating system and if the system trips off again what will be done. I really loved working with him and feel I am in good hands. I called for help at 3:30 on a Wednesday and they arrived by 5 o’clock. They were unable to fix it and I wasn’t available on a Friday so they sent someone out on Saturday. Both Adam and Thomas were amazing. I highly recommend this company. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system maintenance
Excellent job , very affordable and professional, on the time. What really impressed me every time is systematic control and advice. They are so better than guys-companies did before, who just wanted to make money . Thomas is a great technician, we learned a lot from him regarding a/c and heating to recognize possible problems.
