We have a vacation rental. The toilet started to flood the bathroom. Our guest called us at 9:30pm. We tried two other companies and we left hanging. We decided to give KC’s 23 1/2 hr plumbing. We called them just after midnight and Gary arrived at 1am. Right on time. He tried everything he could to clear the blockage. It was too late at night to use the “Big Guns”. He came back with Frankie and the were able to clear everything. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, informative and nice guys. Thanks guys. You have earned a customer for life. Jesse provided phenomenal service! An emergency call for sewer backup at my rental in Desert Hot Springs. I placed the call on Friday pm of the Labor Day weekend after office hours. He was at another job that took him up to 11 pm to complete and then he headed to my property. He went above and beyond at providing the best customer service I've had in years and years.
