I called 24 hour rooter two weeks ago. I needed to replace my toilet since they were old. The technician name “Ray” answered my call and he listened to me patiently and explained to me everything in details so I can picture how it will happen and what I need to expect. Mr Ray came on the same day within 30 minutes and he gave me an estimate of what I really need and he gave me the best price that was on the market. My plan was to replace my both bathroom’s toilets and he checked my other bathroom and said the other one is fine and replacement is not necessary so I can save some money.
