And the lowest was 15% less (But I had a bad feeling about there professionalism). Ultimately, I chose Colin Roofing because they were hyper responsive, extremely professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant to interact with. I contacted Colin roofing for a new roof, Juan showed up on time and emailed me a competitive quote, after getting a few other quotes from other roofers I decided to go with Juan and his crew. I am very happy I did, the crew showed up on time, they were very professional, hardworking, respectful and finish the job within the estimated time frame, they made sure to clean as much as they could as they worked and cleaned everything really well after the job was completed, they even asked me to open the garage so they could clean inside. Juan was good at communicating via email, sending me updated invoices and answering all my questions, you can tell they’re very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience with everything related to roofs.
