I used Colin Roofing 2 years ago when we re-roofed our old house. We recently bought a new house and discovered a leak, they came out quickly and were able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution; most importantly in a timely manner. We've had Colin Roofing out at least three times to correct builder defects. Outstanding work every time. About to have them out again - we have birds nesting underneath our roofing tiles. Service: Roof repair

Colin Roofing replaced a roof that had been damaged by high winds (a continual problem in the area). This consisted of tearing off and hauling the old rooftop, installing new underlayment and flashings, and installing new shingles. Their estimate team arrived at a scheduled time and provided a good initial estimate (including costing for potential wood replacement if needed). The work team was scheduled for two months or so after the estimate. The company took care of getting a work permit (for a small fee, with the option that I could have obtained it myself) and scheduling inspections. The work proceeded as planned and I am happy with the result. While Colin Roofing wasn't the lowest estimate in the area, they were especially more professionally initially responsive and continually communicative. Other roofing companies that I attempted to contact either didn't respond or mysteriously dropped communication shortly after the estimate. Colin's office has been good at communicating both
