Ron and Tom are highly knowledgeable and professional. Their knowledge on modeling houses is too vast. Both are very quick in giving responses to the mails and messages. That was the first impression of them. Their behaviour is their another strength. They respected my choices and preferences. I could describe them well, how did I want from the project. They were so patient enough to hear all my words and do the task according to my choices.
I called for an estimate. They said someone could come over the next morning, then asked if my husband would be home. They refused to schedule an appointment until he could be present. The real kicker: I never even mentioned whether or not I was married. I didn’t realize women weren’t capable of making decisions as a homeowner. My bad.
