I own 22 apartment units and thought for sure all but three heat pumps would have to be replaced. Boy did I get lucky: only one had to be replaced because it was undersized. The rest, because of real maintenance by Oscar, should mostly be good for years. I had two new units that were rusting. Not any more. I have copper condensate run off that doesn't get scrunched by TV Dish installers. I have safety shut offs. I have water proofing in units and less noise. There is still more work to do but it is much cheaper than new units. He's sincere, hard working and really proud of what he does. Unusual.
