Had an issue last month with lack of pre-registering ( at a different location) where they refused to give me a kids work shop kit because I hadn't registered told me I had to wait until 12 than I came back at 12 only to be told I had to wait until 1 to make sure pre registered people had received thier kits. So for this month I pre registered only to be told I had to wait for everyone who hadn't pre-registered to be done at 12pm for me to receive my kits. Can someone please explain what the truth is?
Sad to say, it is the worst Home Depot customer service in the Antelope Valley. Extra long periods of waiting time just to get materials of the top shelves. Because they say they don't have enough licensed drivers. Talking to the shift manager about the situation just made it worse because she was just excusing everything instead of reasoning or finding a solution to the problem.
