We had a power outage in our garage. Tom O’Connor answered the phone right away and tried to talk us through a fix so that he wouldn’t have to come out and charge us for a visit. How nice was that! Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bigger problem so he stopped over to evaluate the situation. He squeezed us in and fixed the problem the next day. We would recommend him without reservation. Tom took my call this morning and was at my home within 2 hours to diagnose and fix a wiring problem (I had drilled a cable inside the wall). Although he'd only promised a quick visit to estimate, he was able to complete the repair, plus two additional small jobs, on the spot. I'm pretty sure the place I live still has the original wiring from 1955. Tom was very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful, even about this old system. He was friendly and fair. I especially appreciate that he always picked up the phone when I called. Service: Electrical inspections
