First of all, I want to say what an incredicble asset Jason is to this community! My 85 year old dad just moved to Redding from the East Coast. Right before the first big heat wave, his HVAC went out. He called the home warranty company and they sent out a technician a week later who spent only a few minutes saying it was a fuse. Of course, the air failed less than a day later, right before 4th of July weekend. I was very worried for my dad's health since he has a concerning medical history, and Jason's company was recommended as knowledgeable and experienced. My dad left a message on Saturday and even though the office was closed unil after the holiday, he got a call back on that Sunday saying a technician can come out. Jason came to the rescue and diagnosed and fixed his HVAC quickly and expertly, explaing the process along the way and issues that he fixed. I was very impressed by how quickly I was able to make an appointment, it was the same day. Joe came out and was very punctual, then proceeded to resolve our mini-split issue very quickly.
