Technician Anthony was very professional and courteous. Office staff was very informative as well, and nice enough to include us in Technician availability. Services: Repair HVAC, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
I thought the owner did a really good job of checking the house for HVAC replacement. Very thorough in measuring each room’s square footage. Wished they could still provide manual J report. But I trusted the owner and signed the proposal and paid deposit. However it’s been really hard to get the install guy to schedule a time for the replacement. I called twice to the office and both times they said they’ll get the guy, Mike, to call me back. But he hasn’t yet. I understand it could be cause of delays for Christmas or vendor issues but at least he or someone can communicate that with me rather than me just waiting or calling to checkup. Better communication is needed. I hope the install goes well and would be happy to update the review with 5 stars if they do a great job.
First I called and left a voicemail over the weekend but nobody called back. My AC gave out a few days ago so it has been hard to deal with sleeping during the day since I work nights. I had to go out of my way to call Bryant AC Co. I spoke to z female and inquired why nobody had called me back - NO ANSWER. I than described my situation also letting her know I had watched some videos on YouTube describing that Capacitors cost between $10 - $30 and I had already removed it. She advised me the Svc call would be $85 than dove off the deep end telling me "THERE" capacitors cost $385. I guess she didnt HEAR very well when I had already told her I was very aware capacitors cost between $10 - $30. Than I said, "No Thanks" and hung up. I ended up ordering a capacitor online for $21, GO FIGURE COMPANYS LIKE THIS, MORE CONCERNED WITH MAKING A DOLLAR AND JACKING THEIR PARTS PRICES UP THAN OFFERING HELP !
