I guess removing a hard to access smoke alarm which was beeping for hours and driving us crazy, wasn’t worth his time. He made us wait til next morning and then didn’t show up.I waited around and then after giving him a few hrs (it was Sunday after all), when I called he refused call then let it go to voicemail. I texted him. Neither did he respond to. Not even sorry or excuse. I called someone else. Never been treated so dismissively. Did I not use him? How could I, he refused to live up to coming out at all.

Justin and his team were amazing. He took care of all of my unfinished projects so quickly. Have never seen such quality work so fast. He has my 100% recommendation.

Justin is very knowledgeable, provides creative solutions, and his rates are reasonable. He is pleasant, communicates well, and shows up on time.
