I engaged Justin to better "privatize" backyard fencing and gate (closing security "gaps" and installing gate deadbolt). The work also included stabilizing a very tired entrance gate and the adjoining fence - it was essentially re-built and stained to match. His work exceeded all expectations. Precise, quality craftsmanship. "Solutions"-oriented. By "solutions", I mean that I was not clear about the path to achieve what I needed. Justin offered options and ultimately a perfect and long-lasting solution. He is adept at seeing "what needs to be done" and making suggestions. He uses QUALITY materials and has great attention to aesthetic detail. He arrives on time and finishes on time, with impeccable clean up (like no one was there!). I guess removing a hard to access smoke alarm which was beeping for hours and driving us crazy, wasn’t worth his time. He made us wait til next morning and then didn’t show up.I waited around and then after giving him a few hrs (it was Sunday after all), when I called he refused call then let it go to voicemail. I texted him. Neither did he respond to. Not even sorry or excuse. I called someone else. Never been treated so dismissively. Did I not use him? How could I, he refused to live up to coming out at all.

Justin and his assistant quickly determined and clearly explained the problem with my garden lighting. It was then repaired efficiently and works perfectly. I will use them again! Service: Electrical work
