Multi Air Service

Ricardo was very responsive, honest, knowledgeable, quick and fair. Our air broke on Saturday of labor day weekend. He came over within an hour , we needed a new motor and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, only because it was a special order. Would have been faster if it wasn't. We got him off of Google, and he was still open at 6pm. We got very lucky and he is our new air guy! Thank you Ricardo. I wish I could find 10 more like him for all our other house needs.

Ricardo showed up when he said he would. He explained everything about how he made a diagnosis of why my furnace had an intermittent failure to light. An indication that he is very skilled and has a lot of experience was that three separate factors were involved, and he took care of all of them without any problem (clean flame sensor, repair blower fan, replace filter). Given that, his price was quite reasonable. I have no hesitation recommending him.

My upstairs unit topped working at night. I called Ricardo in the morning, he came out on the way to the supply store and replaced the capacitor. Ricardo is a great technician. Thank you for providing prompt service. Service: A/C system repair
