Our air conditioning failed during a heat wave we contacted pioneer they came out the following morning at 9 AM and were able to replace the unit by Friday afternoon I dealt with Avi at the Santa Clarita Office I found him to be professional and attentive as well as knowledgeable on his products I would definitely recommend Pioneer to my friends and family Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC

My service disconnect melted and on the hottest week in LA - which means I'm without an AC unit. We reached out to Pioneers Heating and Air and they were very responsive and offered to come on the same day. Unfortunately since my service disconnect melted they had to come back with the ordered parts, but they were very accommodating and were willing to come earlier than the promised time. Both technicians were respectful and professional. We would be reaching out to them again if we have any issues with our AC unit.

My air conditioning went out during the triple digit weather a few weeks ago and I contacted Pioneers to give me an estimate for repair. They were at my house within an hour to look at my unit. Since my unit was so old , I opted to go for a brand new system, with new ductwork . Motti, the owner gave me such a great price, I couldn’t refuse. Within two days, he scheduled his crew and they completed the job within one day, I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were. All his workers were very respectable, professional and had my ac working and cold that same day. I was so impressed with this company, I had them come back and replace all my attic insulation, and remove the vermiculite asbestos that was currently there. I had one little issue this morning, and Motti was at my house in 15 minutes to help me!!
